The Chef
     
 

Antoinette Zerafa is a chef that had enrolled at the ITS in Malta. She then started training with the chef at Fruit De Mer and from there went on to do another course at Prue Leith School in Kensington London where she did Food and pastry. After this she went back to the ITS to enroll for another Course in Pastry.

In the meantime she continued her work at the restaurant where after a few years, she took over the kitchen herself as the head Chef and is now cooking at her own restaurant as a Chef and Owner of Fruit De Mer Restaurant.
